Series MVP

Drury

Chris Drury, Buffalo
How important is Chris Drury to the Sabres lineup this postseason? When the captain registers at least one point, Buffalo wins. When he doesn't, they are 2-3. He finished with three goals and two assists against the Rangers while being saddled with the task of keeping an eye on New York's Jaromir Jagr. His tying goal with 7.7 second left in Game 5 salvaged Buffalo's shot at a win, but also kept them from facing the daunting task of returning to Madison Square Garden without the series lead.

Game 6: Buffalo is in the conference final for the second straight year.
